|Check that your old item(s) fit within our Return Policy (see the full policy below).||Print a UPS RETURN LABEL ($7.99 will be deducted from your refund), or ship back however you choose.||Pack up the unwanted item(s), in new condition, with all their packaging and parts. Fill out and include the Return Form.||Ship the old item(s) back to us. Your package must be postmarked within 21 days of the day you received your order.|
Exchange and Return Policy
To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet these criteria:
- Return must be postmarked within 21 days of the day you receive it.
- Items must be new and in their original packaging, with all accessories.
All shipping fees are nonrefundable.
If we made an error on your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 205-722-0466, and we will quickly work to fix the problem!
The following items are only returnable if they are still in their unopened, unaltered original packaging:
- Socks and stockings
- Cigarette holders and fake cigarettes
- Items in factory-sealed blister packs
We accept no returns on special orders.
Processing Time:We usually process returns within 10 days of their arrival at our warehouse, and issue either a refund to your original payment method, or a store credit, depending on your choice. Returns arriving between October 1 and November 5 may take longer to process due to the increased volume of sales at Halloween.
Repackaging Fee:This one’s easy to avoid! Just send back the items in their original package (for costumes, that means the plastic bag with cardboard picture, for shoes, that means the shoebox or bag, etc.), and no fee! But we do charge a 25% repackaging fee for items missing their original packages.
Shoe Returns:All returned shoes must be new and without scuffing from wear. We recommend trying them on in a carpeted area.
Sent the Wrong Size?:If it appears from looking at the package that you’ve been sent the wrong size costume, please check the costume itself and try it on. The manufacturers’ sizing labels are sometimes very far off from reality, so the size ranges we suggest for them are often different. We measure every size and style of costume and put the accurate measurements on the item page’s individual size chart. Of course, if we truly made an error and sent the wrong item, please contact us by e-mail or phone, and we can fix it ASAP. Thank you!
Sent the Wrong Item, Wrong Quantity, a Damaged Item, or a Costume With Missing Parts?:We double-check every order (those are the two sets of initials you'll see on your packing slip), but rare mistakes and manufacturer errors do slip through. If we've made a mistake, we apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us by e-mail (email@example.com) or phone (205-722-0466) as soon as possible, and we will do our best to quickly fix the problem.
Canceling an Order:Orders begin to be processed right away, so we can maintain our policy of same-day shipping. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us by phone at 205-722-0466 or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If your order has already been packed and labeled for shipping by the time we hear from you, it may be too late to cancel because it's buried in a bin with hundreds of other packages. In those cases, you are welcome to return the items for a refund of the purchase price of your items.
Return-to-Sender Packages:Packages sent back to us as "Return to Sender" or "Refused" are subject to an additional $14 charge, deducted from the refund.
Returned costumes that have obviously been worn, washed, dirtied, or damaged by the buyer will NOT be refunded or issued a store credit. We reserve the right to evaluate the condition of the costume and can ship back such items at your expense, if you so choose.
