|Check that your old item(s) fit within our Return Policy (see the full policy below).||Pack up the unwanted item(s), in new condition, with all their packaging and parts. Print out and include the Return Form (at the bottom of this page) or just write your order number, name, and the items you're returning on a slip of paper.||Ship the old item(s) back to us. Exchange and Return Policy
To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet these criteria:
- Return must be postmarked within 21 days of the day you receive it.
- Items must be new and in their original packaging, with all accessories.
All shipping fees are nonrefundable.
If we made an error on your order, contact us at email@example.com, and we will quickly work to fix the problem!
- All masks, hats, wigs, eyewear, jewelry, fake teeth, undergarments, false eyelashes, makeup, and hosiery are final sale.
- Sealed items are only returnable if they are still in their unopened, unaltered original packaging.
- We accept no returns on special orders.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from returns of more than three items.
- All outgoing shipping fees are nonrefundable. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us.
- Returned costumes that have obviously been worn, washed, dirtied, or damaged by the buyer will be charged a 40 percent to 100 percent restocking fee, depending on condition. We reserve the right to evaluate the condition of the costume and can ship back such items at your expense, if you so choose.
- A repacking fee of 25% will be deducted from returns that are missing their original packages, or shoeboxes sent back with shipping tape and labels on them. Please send back the items in their original package (for costumes, that means the plastic bag with cardboard picture, for shoes, that means the shoebox or bag, etc.).
- Packages sent back to us as "Return to Sender" or "Refused" may be subject to an additional $10 charge, deducted from the refund.
Processing Time:We usually process returns within 10 days of their arrival at our warehouse, and issue either a refund to your original payment method, or a store credit, depending on your choice. Returns arriving between October 1 and November 5 may take longer to process due to the increased volume of sales at Halloween.
Shoe Returns:All returned shoes must be new and without scuffing from wear. We recommend trying them on in a carpeted area. Put the shoe box inside the original shipping box. Do not put tape or shipping labels on the shoebox itself when you send back.
Sent the Wrong Size?:If it appears from looking at the package that you’ve been sent the wrong size costume, please check the costume itself and try it on. The manufacturers’ sizing labels are sometimes very far off from reality, so the size ranges we suggest for them are often different. We measure every size and style of costume and put the accurate measurements on the item page’s individual size chart. Of course, if we truly made an error and sent the wrong item, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can fix it ASAP. Thank you!
Sent the Wrong Item, Wrong Quantity, a Damaged Item, or a Costume With Missing Parts?:We double-check every order, but rare mistakes and manufacturer errors do slip through. If we've made a mistake, we apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us by e-mail (email@example.com) as soon as possible, and we will do our best to quickly fix the problem.
Canceling an Order:Orders begin to be processed right away, so we can maintain our policy of same-day shipping. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If your order has already been packed and labeled for shipping by the time we hear from you, it may be too late to cancel because it's buried in a bin with many other packages. In those cases, you are welcome to return the items for a refund of the purchase price of your items.
